You can use this save to obtain it's rather quick Achievement for which you have to sell 100 items with scanner
Download the zip file and extract the contents and place hundreditemswithscanner.jpg and hundreditemswithscanner.save at: C:\Users\(your user profile)\App Data\Local Low\Live Motion Games\Builder Simulator\Save
Open the game and then load the save and sell all the wardrobes with your scanner to obtain the achievement.
