Jay's Building Expansion

This mod includes two main items designed to expand on vanilla building mechanics:

A utility mod which makes metal constructions slightly cheaper, as well as adds sandbox settings to increase health for ALL metal and wood constructions (includes wood/metal walls, unlike existing construction health mods).

22/3/2024: Fixed bug with health multiplier in multiplayer

A mod that adds 30+ new constructions in the Carpentry and Metalwork category, which include a reinforced wood door, barbed wire fences, log barricades, garage door, low wooden fence gates, and more!
A list of builds is now available in the images.
Features original art in the vanilla tile art styile, as well as some tile art from throttlekitty's tiles and Simon MDs Tiles.

21/3/2024: Compatible with Building Menu.
Not compatible with More Builds.

19/3/2024: Added support for Barricades Hurt Zombies. Log barricades/palisades, Barbed Wire Fences deal damage to attacking zombies on all settings.

This also comes with a bonus, optional mod that changes the fireplace logs sprite into a more realistic one.

All the above mods should be compatible with MP
The above mods are best used in a new game, but they probably work just fine if installed mid-game, although magazines for the new metalworking buildings may not spawn in discovered areas.
Uninstalling Jay's Vanilla Building Expansion will cause tiles from the mod that have been built to disappear permanently.
