First, load the save you want to play.

1. Hit ~, `, ¬, or whichever "tilde" you have your console set to;

Copy and paste these commands one by one, in order. (You can also just copy them all and delete the commands you don't want to use in that moment to keep them all in your clipboard, in the case that the game crashes, which it will.)

And that should do it. You can change the numbers from 106 & 103 to whatever you'd like. Each time you're zoomed in and you want to fix it, simply press W, which you'll probably be pressing a lot.
