First, you need to register on the nexusmods website to download and view mods
https://www.nexusmods.com

1. Click on the link https://www.nexusmods.com/tonyhawksproskater1and2/mods/8

2. We find the files tab

3. Click on Manual download

The archive with the required file is downloaded

1. We open the archive using Winrar
there should be a pakchunk0-tobeyspiderms_10_p.pak file in it

2. Creating a folder ~mods in the folder Paks
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\THPS12\Base\Content\Paks

3. We drop the file from the archive into the ~mods folder

That's it, we launch the game

1. Creating a new character

2. We choose this face, and remove the hair

3. We put on freestyle pants, and original shoes

4. We remove everything else and it should turn out like this
