This is a version of the horror map "gm_desolate_boundary_line" for the sandbox mode, with support for AI nodes and Navmesh. You can spawn your favorite NPCs, Nextbots, and more on the map for additional scares, combat, or take videos.

Originally, the map was designed to evoke a sense of solitude and fear, so AI nodes and Navmesh were not included. However, due to requests from some users, I have posted this version as a separate workshop map with these features included.
