So first of all, in order to pull out a cigarette and light it up, you must be standing still, and tap the run button (default: Shift). I find that this works most of the time when outside in the world, but if inside a building it usually doesn't work.

Sean will also light up a cigarette automatically if left idle for long enough.

Now you might be saying "big deal, so I can light up a cig..."

What if I told you that you could have that ciggy in your mouth while you're doing all number of things?

Here are the tricks to keeping that cig in Sean's mouth. ANY time that Sean is holding the cigarette, he will flick it away if you move. However, if you wait until he puts the cigarette to his mouth, then you can move all over the place, and he'll keep that cig between his lips.

Driving cars, climbing buildings, firing weapons, he'll do it all while maintaining that cig. If he gets punched, that deathstick goes bye-bye.

There are various other random occurrences where you will lose the cigarette, but for the most part, you can do pretty much anything with that cig in Sean's mouth.
