This is a good one, the best of the three so far mostly because the monthly ride income causes a challenge, but as noted the elevator strategy is the key here. If you want to get peeps to your plateau then you can make the elevators free at first, but you have two plateaus and one valley and that is where your development should be. Put rides and use the Atlantis walls set to make buildings around the rides on the first plateau, put some Atlantis scenery items also. Hire mechanics and janitors, build an ATM and place an info booth down by the entrance to the elevators. When you have several rides on the plateau, you should be able to raise the ride price on the elevators. Charging an admission price of $20 is a good way to get development revenue and you can pay off your loan right away. (It saves you the interest payments.)

The scenario starts with two stairs up to the plateau also, but that is something that No Entry signs would be god for. You can then charge Peeps $5 to ride the elevators and as that is the access to the rides, they’ll pay it. Thus in order to get to the rides, it was up the elevators to the plateau, then down an elevator to the valley, then up an elevator to another plateau.

The pool complex is relatively easy and building a small coaster on the second plateau is simple also. You can of course used prebuilt slides and coasters, and you will see that the minute I put in the coaster on the second plateau I did not have to build my elevator or paths because I instantly won. I only researched Thrill rides and after a while I stopped building, because I was generating a lot of monthly ride income but make sure you do have a lot of choices for the peeps. Also building walls and roofs can become expensive. You might want to postpone the first Atlantean challenge one month so you have more time to get entrance income to pay for your renovations. And before all is finished you will be needing to build out some food and drink courts... Enjoy. This should definitely give you a couple hours of fun!
