Both automatic cars have only 4 gears, if you want more, you need to buy a manual. All have the same top speed with the same upgrades, so gear count does not matter. Camshaft and gearbox upgrades give the biggest increase to top speed.
There are no AWD cars available in the Prologue
I am not 100% sure as the handling is a bit wonky at times, but we mainly do believe that wider tyres give more grip on launch, but cause more understeer when turning. Not sure about camber etc. Some people claim they affect handling, but I tend to adjust these values only little. Expect that they do not affect handling, but I can be wrong.
I've got a question. Do tire width, camber, ride height, etc. affect the handling of the car? Do they change the overall grip and the under/oversteer balance of the car? What about wheel resistance? Do they affect the acceleration of the car?
Did you see the confirmation that the cheat has been applied? If yes and the drivers are still G-Corporation (Daisuke, Haruto, Sakura etc.) and not Endless Appeal (Minato, Satoshi etc.) then I'd make a bug report on the official server or ask for help there, would be much easier to provide help and send photos.
