Go to the Trainstation

Go to the Trainstation.

Climb to the Roof

On the side are these Walls. You can climb to the Roof via these Pillars between the Windows.

Not Enough Hindenburgs

On the Roof are two Anti-Air Cannons. Get into one of them.
Look up into the Sky. You'll see a Zeplin flying around. Shoot it down, then turn the Turret into your direction of choice, until you find another Zeplin.

Profit

Infinite Wealth

Closing Remarks

The Soldiers on the Street aren't a problem and if you have one or two underneath you shooting at you, just Ignore them.

@Mollna that is incorrect. Base alarm does not prevent the alarm level from raising, it just won't show when in a "base" location until you leave the area.
