TF2 MUST BE MOUNTED TO AVOID MISSING TEXTURES!
This is a remake of my old TF2C Merc PM from awhile back, This version includes functioning eyes and fingers, and also better npcs (combine and rebel AI)

-C_arms that match the team you are
-Playermodel for each team
-A colorable team
-NPCS for friends and enemys
-CUSTOM HATS

because, akin to the civilian, you can't just mount it and have the textures: Acres had to thereby, add the textures himself to the model, which increased the filesize
