Setup and requirements
1. Setup your Streamdeck software to start as Admin (may not be needed)
2. Latest Patch for Streamdeck
3. Currently tested and working with current patch of Helldivers (02/28/2024)
Creating a Button
1. Within Helldivers, change your keybindings to use the END key, and ARROW KEYS



2. Create a new Multi Action Button


3. Double Click on the button, then Use the Sytem > Hotkeys to create your strategem keystrokes. The example is based on the keybindings listed above.


4. Repeat for all the buttons you want to program, and find some icons.

It think it's a smart decision.
Your right hand only moves two fingers/

Meanwhile your left hand fingers: ALL OF THEM SPAMMING

ctrl-shift-tab-alt-wasd-wwaasdddd spamm spamm spamm
Do it 5 hours your fingers will be broken.

I agree with Maaren. Takes away the fun from the game. However i understand why people want to do this. May be useful for people with motor skills problems.

You cannot get banned for this, it's not a PVP game and cheat engine doesn't flag it as such. Also because these are just keyboard presses it actually isn't cheating.. Also you can still do this faster with practice I just like being able to RUN while calling in strategems...
