1. Download the mod here

2. Open the rar and drag the "data" folder into wherever your Max Payne 2 installed location is
(ex: steamapps/common/Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne)

3. Start a new game and the mod will be playable

Enjoy! Oh and I think the mod only works with new game, it doesn't work on existing savegames. Also, I don't know if this mod will work with other mods so please don't ask me for any fix.

Additional note: Sometimes, the camera angle might block some enemies from your view so you will have to decide if it might hinder your experience.
