It's server side addon that has vscript not a sound replacing one so no

en el L4D1 en realidad ahí veces que si se recorta a 7 segundos pero en otras si reproduce toda la pista, aunque eso era en las versiones antiguas del juego (muchísimo antes de The Sacrifice) eso si, jugaba Left en una cabina y este tenia muchos mapas de ampliación que dudo algunos Gamemaps aun tenga y no seria de extrañar que sea por algún mod o script que se coló (aunque no creo que sea el caso dado a que no habían muchos mods que alterasen los Scripts como los que ahí actualmente) pero puede ser el caso

The addon you linked modifies the music itself to last 7 seconds and imo it sounds bad. What my mod does instead is slowing down time to half speed so that round loss lasts 14 seconds and the full original loss music can play. One thing to note is that my addon is server side while the one you link works client side
