Regardless, I'm glad I'm able to fix some of the major bugs in the mod because it really does add a lot and doesn't make the world feel so dead after you've ran around it for awhile.
It could also be you did things SLIGHTLY different or in a different order that ended up causing EP to taking over the Fish Isle location instead of AS.
I started a new job recently so I just now only have gotten time to relax again, I"ll pop into the FCS and see what I can find.
(For example I've has Fish Isle taken over by the EP in a run, and the AS in another despite being allied with the AS in both. It really feels like a roll of the dice.)
