To enter Cheat Codes in The Sims 4, you must first open the Cheat Console by pressing “Ctrl + Shift + C” on your PC or Mac, while in game. This will bring up the cheat dialogue box where you can enter cheats. Don't forget to press “Enter” after typing in a cheat.”

Once you open up this box you’ll want to type in testingcheats true and hit enter. The game should say cheats are enabled and you can type in the text cheat you need. If you’re using a shift and click cheat you can hit esc or the same buttons you used to open the box to close it up again.

cas.fulleditmode : allows you to change sim's appearance, gender, gender settings, pronouns, identity, personality and traits, and family relationships

Press Shift + right-click on sim you want to edit.
Choose Modify in CAS option from the pie menu.
