Pandora's Box groundPet.lua

The groundPet.lua file from Pandora's Box, which mainly gives ship pets an interaction timer so they don't get in your way. The only difference from the original file is that the timer has been increased from 3 seconds to 30.

Possible conflicts:

-Any mod that replaces groundPet.lua.

-Frackin Universe (irrelevant).

-The original Pandora's box (for obvious reasons).
