It's not gamebreaking since it's just the boot up opening sequence, and all other fmvs work fine, but it's made me curious since this issue wasn't there when I first played it the day before. It's funny because the actual file (yso_logo.avi) plays perfectly outside the game (using mpv player), but ingame the audio is delayed and out of sync.
My workaround for now (without disabling movie playback) is to simply delete the video file from the game folder so it no longer plays when I boot the game up. Still, I wonder what's causing the issue/
The music for the opening cutscene starts after a lot of delay and is out of sync with the cutscene. It stops playing once the title screen is reached of course.
If I skip the cutscene, the audio still takes time to start working correctly in the title screen (There's a brief lag after a bit of waiting and then the title screen music starts playing)
Everything else seems to work fine.
I'm not sure what started causing this all of a sudden. So far I've tried pretty much everything (Verifying files, reinstalling the game, using the 2018 beta, reinstalling drivers, messing around in the config, unchecking mpeg-4, rebooting, messing around in the windows audio settings, deleting savedata)
I'm gonna reinstall windows now and see if it fixes the issue (it has fixed weird issues on other apps previously).
Any idea what's going on though?

Another bug i've noticed is with the purple spinning blade enemies in the last level. For me, the spinning blades have a flat white color when thrown and no purple "cap" that the enemies have. I watched a video on youtube and they're supposed to look exactly like they do when attached to the enemy, with proper shading and all
