The items swap after finding all of one in the same order every time, so it might be easier to do it in waves. I've assigned colors to each wave with all 3 item types circled throughout the maps with their corresponding color, so all you have to do is go through the map and select whatever's circled in each wave color. You should be able to pop 'Finish the Game in 60 Minutes' with this, along with making use of the timer and pause button (Esc) for more ease.

Due to the sizes of these maps, it might work better to either open them in a separate window via the link and maximize them, or save them locally and open them with an external image app to make them easier to view.
