after throwin the grenade, it turns back into the default HL2 grenade

I like to see a replacement for the SMG, being a M1 Thompson (with grenade launcher on it) & a Shotgun replacement being a Double Barrel Shotgun [Please put them in separate addons & give them c_hands, I know people like the first one or the second one instead of having both of them]
