It appears the author has fixed the original mod, as stated on their comments. I won't be updating this mod to 1.5 at this time, and will hide it and possibly remove it soon.

SoundDef Folder-->Clip, ThingDef ToxicSensitivity-->ToxicEnvironmentResistance ... that clears the startup errors.
