Baphomet is a character in the Helltaker universe , mentioned in web comics.
This character's design is not canon, but who cares lol.

Biography
A demoness who once lived in the underworld and knew Lucifer personally. At an unspecified point in time, she learned about goats and became obsessed with them, using her shapeshifting abilities to transform into an anthropomorphic creature with the features of a goat.
Considering that society in the game universe also portrays the devil with goat-like features, Baphomet appeared in public in an anthropomorphic form. At an unknown point in time she disappeared and never appeared again.
