G.A.R.I.E Motors Heavy Tank 3 "Object 703" (GM-HT-3)

G.A.R.I.E Motors' double barrel heavy tank. Yes our GM-TD-6 is also double barrel, but this one is different. It has a turret. Also it's Object 703, which is cool. This tank is also designed to be a proper heavy tank, taking damage and dispensing damage, at of course, the cost of speed.
That speed being only a blistering 22mph.
Alt WASD drives the tank.
Alt mouse/arrow keys aims the turret.
Action 1 fires the left cannon.
Action 2 fires the right cannon.
Camera and targeting marker.
Aiming lasers activated with Headlight.
Spotlights activated with Beacon.
10 degrees of elevation. (Up)
3 degrees of depression. (Down)
