You won't get the hard mode achievement when you beat it in legend mode but right before the Ebina fight you can switch difficulty to hard and get the achievement like that anyway.

Seonhee - Assassin - Level 90
Saeko - Idol - Level 90

(All with the best weapons available for the job)

The fight was quite straight forward, Just heal with Idol Saeko or debuff constantly and keep her alive. (And make sure to call pound mates with the cash you have)
