I found this after trying many of the already online fixes did nothing.

Go into properties:



Change the selected language is the language you want your game to run in, this will start a ~4gb download of your missing voicelines.



For some reason even if you select your desired language in game, steam doesn't recognise it when veryfing files.

Wejdź w właściwości.




Zmień język na ten który chcesz, steam pobierze ok. 4gb brakującego języka.



Z jakiegoś powodu ten wybór języka jest osobny od tego w grze, więc nawet jak zweryfikujesz pliki bez tej zmiany to nic nie da.
