General
Xiao Bu Fuluist uses Force and Crash Fist.

Standard endgame arrangement:

Full Chase via Agility.

Crash Fist - Blink consumes 1 Force, but if you had 6/6 after Surging Waves, then Gather Intense Force will put you back at the (new) cap, since it adds 1 more Force than Force Cap. (In my screenshot, since Divine Walk Fulu is not upgraded, it's only 5/6 after Surging Waves and 9/10 after Gather Intense Force.)

[Note: On 2024-2-1, after this guide was recorded, Gather Intense Force was changed to add 1 less Force. That is, it now adds Force and Force Cap in the same amount.]

Turn-three Vast Universe + Shocked doesn't do particularly high damage, but it sets up the Shocked ability for turn four. If the opponent deals damage early, then you deal over a hundred damage on turn four with Continue, Inch Force, and the Shocked ability.

Another endgame example:
  • Divine Walk Fulu (lv.max)
  • Surging Waves (lv.max)
  • Vast Universe (lv.2)
  • Crash Fist - Shocked
  • Crash Fist - Continue
  • Crash Fist - Inch Force
  • (Normal Attack)
  • (Normal Attack)

Transit with qi + Force + big damage (Strong Force, Mighty Force, Crash Fist). Later you will generally rely on Crash Fist.

For Immortal Fate choices, prioritize cultivation at every phase. You can ignore the character-specific Immortal Fates. (Unceasing Exercising is worth 1 cultivation, of course.) If cultivation is not offered, you can pick the one that gives you Force / Force Cap.

Before you have Divine Walk Fulu, it's hard to use Surging Waves. Use Crash Citta-Dharma, or qi + Surging Waves or other Force cards, for example, Elusive Footwork + Sailing through Sky.

If the opponent deals damage early, you can use the standard endgame arrangement. But if they deal damage late, the damage from the Shocked ability may not be enough. In that case, you can swap the positions of Shocked and Inch Force, and use the Shocked ability on turn five (Surging Waves + Blink).
Transit
Usually break through to Foundation on Round 3, Virtuoso on Round 5, Immortality on Round 8, Incarnation on Round 11.

Don't exchange in Meditation and Foundation. Do 9-12 exchanges when you break through to Virtuoso, and another 6 or so when you break through to Immortality.

Meditation-phase cards can be classified as follows.

Crash Fist cards:
  • Crash Fist - Poke
  • Crash Fist - Block
  • Crash Fist - Bounce
Physique cards:
  • Exercise Fist
  • Mountain-Cleaving Palms
  • Embracing Qi Technique
Debuff cards:
  • Rakshasa Pouncing
  • Sky-Piercing Claw
  • Mountain Falling
Force cards:
  • Gather Force
  • Vigorous Force
Universal:
  • Youthful Vigor
Fuluist cards:
  • Thunder Fulu
  • Guard Spirit Fulu
  • Sharp Metal Fulu
In the beginning, we can rely on Gather Force and Crash Fist cards. Sky-Piercing Claw is also very good, a high-damage card to use with Gather Force. The Fuluist cards are not particularly useful, having no synergies with the sect cards. They can be filler, of course.

The most notable Foundation-phase cards are the Crash Fist cards. If you get them, you can replace the Meditation-phase Crash Fist cards. Strong Force is also very good, especially if you have Gather Force. Again the Fuluist cards are not particularly. You can use the qi cards if you need it.

It's worth exchanging at Virtuoso, because many of the cards are quite good, including Fuluist cards. The Force cards Majestic Qi, Sailing through Sky, and Mighty Force are all very strong. Miasma Fulu is also very strong. And Crash Fist - Subdue Dragon is an important Crash Fist card. If you have a lot of Crash Fist cards, you can transit via Crash Fist, too.

At Immortality, do only around 6 exchanges, because the Immortality-phase cards are not as outstanding, relatively speaking. For example, Surging Waves (along with Inch Force and Continue) is a core card for endgame, but it's hard to use without Divine Walk Fulu. A better way to transit is via Crash Citta-Dharma. Weaken Fulu is a notable Fuluist card, good against Sword Intent.

When you break through to Incarnation, you can use the rest of your exchanges. Of the Fuluist cards, only Divine Walk Fulu is a core card; Soul Requiem Fulu and Thousand Evil Incantation are not particularly useful. You'll likely keep relying on Crash Citta-Dharma as long as you're still assembling the endgame deck. When you have Divine Walk Fulu and Surging Waves, you can switch over.

I added some endgame examples from 阿特's 2024-2-26 Xiao Bu Plant Master video guide. Much of it has been obsoleted by patches, but he discusses Fuluist as an option for stomping low-MMR matches by greeding exchanges to Incarnation, and these examples are not obsolete.
