Disable World Congress

Popis
This mod disables the World Congress including the sessions, emergencies and everything that comes with it. Diplomatic Points are still earned but other than trade, they have 0 use. Not sure if this works mid-game.

If this mod does not work; please leave a list of other mods you have enabled as well as the settings you used to create a game. Some users have reported that this mod does not work but I am unable to replicate any errors.

I have tried a new game with only this mod enabled and it works as expected. I suspect there may be conflicting mods that are causing this to break.

I found a thread on Reddit where you can disable it. You can change it to 12 and it works in save games too.

Works well, thank you. If you can't click on gold in a trade, then trade your Dip Points, and you can click gold again.
