Ogre Camp Replenishment For Allies - Reuploaded

In vanilla, Ogre Camps give bonus replenishment for your armies. Which is nice, but I have allies and vassals that need it more than I do.

So now, Ogre Camps also grant extra replenishment for allied armies in their campaign map AoE buff circle thing.

I have spoken to Fyty and have permission to reupload. I fully respect and understand that he removed his mods initially because of the degrading practices of CA, and then the toxicity of some community members; but I feel that some of his mods are so amazing and it's a shame that the rest of the communty are the ones who are worst off. CA's horrible ethics should be made known more publicly and not supported.

This mod is only a tiny DB change that is within my skill set that I could have done. I wouldn't be considering uploading any mods that involve script that I would not be able to do myself.

If Fyty changes his mind and would like me to remove this then I will.
