@Heavy & Ze Medic Same. Also getting close to a Frostpunk style playthrough. Btw, if you want a mod to set the temps of biomes lower than default, try "Cold Desert Nights". There's an option to set the temperature offset for biomes (e.g.. -50C lower than vanilla).

could you give them an expensive custom research project which doesnt require electricity and maybe is medieval? that way they´d be of use for guys like me, that carry ancient technology back to base without beeing able to build cables, or for medieval modlists where you for some reason need them :P

Industrial I expect; they inherit from standard power conduits. I could make them Medieval, but they still require Electricity research.
