maybe your wallpaper engine options are not set to hdr mode(?) also gpu drivers can mess up a lot

I deactivated auto hdr is that good or bad?

It must be a problem related to hdr. Check if windows is managing your hdr automatically

Really nice Wallpaer but my Background and Wallpaper Engine always freeze when I use it longer than 10 seconds. I have all of the graphics on minimal and a RTX 4070 Ti.
