Remove Some Perks

I recommend getting Lamia's Perk Banishing instead, since it's basically just a better version of this one in every way, but I'm leaving the page up anyways.

Gets rid of several perks that I never touch under any circumstances whatsoever. The removed perks are:
- No Wand Tinkering
- Eat Your Vegetables
- Fungal Colony
- Fungal Disease
- Teleportitis
- Teleportitis Dodge
- Spontaneous Generation
- Revenge Bullets
- Levitation Trail
- Homunculus
- High Mana, Low Capacity
- Extra Wand Capacity
- Always Cast
- Faster Wands

Makes anything that reveals perks such as Noitool or Perk Info unreliable, as they still show these perks in holy mountains, but the perks that appear are completely different.
If you see any of these perks still appearing in holy mountains, let me know. Might be incompatible with some things, I've no idea.
