Glad to see someone else still enjoys this game. One of my favorites. Check out my Wakanda2 mod. You start with one region, one city, lots of resources, lots of money, a small army and all techs. A bit of a different approach. It pays to be aggressive since your units are more advanced.

Thank you for the comment rmsmith. I was unaware Denmark and Sweden have two Coal, I'll check that out. I think once you discover the tech "Scientific Method" you can preform Coal, or Metals exploration in the region, this will provide a new slot for a mine. With regards to Romania, I only wanted to leave the natural resource Oil without any starting production. And for the map, well it's just the default map from the game itself.
The idea behind this mod is to start everyone out on a fairly level playing field. The Big Grind, staring off with very little and rising up to Super Power status. With starting production resources very low, you must be careful where you allocate them from the start. So should you increase your own production or take someone else's?

Enjoyed your mod. Was wondering where the coal and metal would come from but you can just buy it. Oil is available later. Coal does become a problem later but it is manageable.
Denmark has two metals and Sweden has two coals. Romania has four oil sources. Is that where the extra resources come from? The USSR has 5 areas that are right on the edge of the map. The three from Finland are very hard to see.
Overall an excellent mod.
