Tattoos from Hard Time

This mod adds all of the tattoos belonging to gangs from MDickie's Hard Time.
All of them were made to work with every body type, including tank tops.
When it comes to arm tattoos, you have the choice of having them on your whole arm, only on your forearm, or only on your upper arm.
You can also combine tattoos because you can choose them as patterns/elbow pads/wristbands. This gives everything more variety.
