Power up
After you reach area with 3 bridges DONT ENTER the tentacle zone. Make savegame and type into console:

sv_gravity 50

Then you can jump and easily reach 3rd bridgeAfter that type into console:

sv_gravity 800

It will makes gravity normal. Then just complete power up part of the level.
Oxy/Fuel
Next type sv_gravity 50 again and jump from 3rd bridge for the 2nd
Type sv_gravity 800 and make Oxy/Fuel part of the level.

After that type sv_gravity 50 and jump back to 3rd bridge then to 1st one.
And don't forget to type sv_gravity 800 after that.
Tentacle zone I
Now enter the tentacle zone.
After you press a lever don't shoot and use only teleport to move.
Tentacle zone II
Enter the scientist room.
Wait for animation gone.
Press the button and the achievement will pop up instantly.
