Boulder Pulling
There are various way to pull boulders. Main way is using the Mystic's Burst
A more flexible use is available with the Marksman's Bombard

Buttons
You can throw junkstone or You can just shoot an arrow

Electrified Floor
Some plates triggers when electrified
Electrifying random Arcweed can sometimes trigger something

Burning Down Things
Some walls are made of wood and can be burnt down

Crossing the water
The ability of Crysolith can freeze water momentarily for safe crossing

Breakable Walls
Titan have the ability to break through rock wall if there is nothing behind the wall
There is also a hammer that does the same thing behind the Corpyst Mines
Some breakable walls are very well hidden so it is best to keep an eye for such
Some walls breaks in chain reaction when another is broken

Digging underground
Low Soil can be dug through with a special tools, creating a temporary stairway
It is found north in the Upper Pale Ravine

Long distance interaction
The Gatekeeper's Passive allow you to pull lever and push buttons from long distance

Teleportation
Almost all puzzle can be skipped with the gatekeeper skill and the applicable range.

Void Eye
Certain doors can be opened by creating light
Fire does it well but the Eidolith's light beam can do it for much longer

Fake Walls
Some walls are fake and can be walked through. Look for visual clues on the surrounding environment

Clones
The Eilodon's Projection can activate pressure plate
This had only been useful for me exactly once and I thought there were more elegant solutions to that, so ignore this if you may

I actually have tried to get them all in one screen. Best I can get is two because I keep losing track of the other one. I think if they were to be as the description says, it would've been a setpiece encounter

Wow, that makes sense since I knew I was missing a medallion or two. Here I was thinking I managed to find everything!

I can confidently say that I have found like 5 or more of those fake wall. Half of those are just shortcut and the rest lead to actual secret loot like one of those medallions

Just curious, how often have you come across fake walls? I just beat the game and only found one fake wall, the one you come out of in the top right of the commons.
