One thing that is overlooked by EVERY new PC owner or people who just havent came across the info yet, since for some reason the companies dont make this info known. about every single person who owns a computer (these days at least)should immediately google how to enable the "XMP"/"D.O.C.P" settings for your RAM. The settings is 1 drop down in the bios. Change it to "XMP"/"D.O.C.P" that is listed in that dropdown (prolly says something like profile 1). It tells your ram to run at the speed its advertised and tested to run at. If its not, your ram is likely to be running at DEFAULT JDEC speeds.
Youre leaving performance on the table that YOU PAYED FOR when buying your pc. The change takes 10 sec and a restart. Illogical not to do it. Just go do it. Its worth it.
