Вы окажитесь в 5ой зоне со всеми необходимыми инструментами для получения большого количества достижений, в основном, связанными с концовками игры.

Также есть возможность выполнить несколько гриндовых, например: аптечек и реанимаций. Также советую исследовать локацию, быть может найдете что-то интересующее именно Вас для добивки достижений. Для этого по новой вставляйте файл сохранения и выполняйте условия.
