Basic Rebalance

Rebalances some crafting recipes and slightly modifies some icons.

Some of the things that this does:

- Rebalances crafting recipes for medical items, resprites (mostly just the colors) them to look better, and gives alternative recipes for later in the game.
- Adds hunting spears to hand crafting with a more expensive recipe, and cheapens the recipe at the foraging table.
- Rebalances crafting and upgrade recipes for some crafting tables, makes them available at earlier metal tiers. The progression related ones were not rebalanced since they did not need to be.
- Also makes synthetic material cost more poison, and makes antidotes, burn spray, and water bottles stack to 10.
- Wire and silicon boards now are craftable the upgrade before.
- Sprinklers now cost tungsten bars and durasteel blocks instead of durasteel bars, which makes it so that you can get sprinklers a tier early.
- Volatile powder uses less core fragments to make.
- Glass takes less sand to make.
- Pickaxes and drills buffed and craftable.
- Stims are cheaper to prevent hoarding behavior.
- Syringe recipe moved from furnace to the apothecary.
