Isaac gets a lobotomy! yippie

what it does:
- turns brimstone into extreme demon
- makes you featured if you have 2 or more brimstones (aka gives yellow glow)
- turns tmtrainer into normal face
- changes brimstone sfx by overlaying "fire in the hole"
- plays "fire in the hole" on pickup
- changes hurt sound to "fire in the hole" (only for TMTRAINER)

what it DOESN'T do:
- give you a lobotomy
- change you into an extreme demon when playing as azazel for example (if enough people want I can try doing that)
