Suomalainen Sauna
Catch fire in the sauna.
Find the sauna next to the toilets in the lobby, get inside, and spam your flashlight until it overheats.
Enter the matrix
"Yes, the phone has a use!"

Find a phone in the lobby and enter the last four digits of your Steam ID.
You can find your Steam ID on various websites online.
Speakbot
"Get your fortune cookie at the fortune teller machine"

Press E on the speakbot button at spawn.
Low-K shun!!
"Find out where somebody lives. There are a number of commands that unlock NSA superpowers."

Type !location in chat (You can only run this on yourself)
To catch a predator
"Why don't you have a seat right over there please ?"

Say "chris hansen" or "CP" in chat.

Path of a righteous man
"Escape from hell. The flawed can be saved!"

Type !goto hell and fly into the light.
Traveler
"Join all Meta Construct Servers."

All servers can be found at https://metastruct.net. Join each server.
Urine Trouble
"Urinals. They take no ♥♥♥♥."

Press E on a toilet in the lobby.
Critical Test
"Number 2."

Press E on the stall with the newspaper under it in the mens bathroom.
Have a banni day!
"Say the magic word."

Say banni in chat.
Oh SCAP! & SCAPception!
"Send a SCAP to another player."
"SCAP a SCAP and send it to another player."

OH SCAP!: Type !scap in chat, select the area you want screenshotted and send it to another player.

SCAPception!: Type !scap and take a screenshot of a scap.
Russian Breakfast
"Buy vodka from an NPC and drink it."

Buy and drink 15 vodka bottles.

Vodka is sold by the metastruct disco vendor (and the vendor inside), the Rocket Noodle vendor and the Tavern vendor.

Type !goto mine and mine 250 rocks.
In the focus

Camera Rodeo
"Sit on a camera that looks at you."

  • Equip the camera tool on your toolgun.
  • Crouch and look up.
  • Right click to spawn a tracking camera
  • ALT + E (walk key + use key) to sit on the camera

"Die 1000 times."

This should come naturally but if you are impatient enter this into console:

bind KEY "aowl killx 4"

and spam it.

Spaaaace!
"Build a rocket, get in and fly to space!"

Should be as simple as putting a thruster on a chair in the build area.
Watch it, will ya?
"Smash a shop-NPC with your crowbar. Get killed. 10 times."

Keep whacking any shop-NPC in the lobby until they smite you, repeat 10 times.
You can use mta_opt_out 1 in the console to avoid gaining a wanted level whilst doing this.

Buy a Manga in the book store and read it.
Breakneck Pace

Type autojump 1 into console.
Hold W and Space.
Works best in build.
Not Another Black Mesa...
"Cause and witness the consequences of a miniature resonance cascade."

Cause a resonance cascade by making 6 people cross physgun beams.
Moonface
"The moon is of serious importance, Mister Freeman."

Go to build.
Pull out your camera.
Hold right click and move your mouse forward to zoom into the moon.
Multilinguist
"Translate something. Translatere desu est le magika."

Command usage: !t [country],[country],[text]
COMMAS ARE IMPORTANT

Example: !t en,fr,sometimes i dream about cheese


The Royal Wave
Greet one of the NPCs that walks around in the Lobby via Taunt.

Open console and spam actx wave in front of an NPC until they wave back.
MTA & DOND
MTA and DOND achievements are pretty self explanatory.

DOND ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Throw away your dreams - Swap away 1,000,000 in deal or no deal.
  • Small loan of a million dollars - Win 1,000,000 in deal or no deal.
  • Big letdown - Win 1 coin in deal or no deal.
  • Well, ♥♥♥♥ - Have 1,000,000 in the first case you open in deal or no deal.
  • You had it all along - Take a deal in deal or no deal and have 1,000,000 in your case.


MTA ACHIEVEMENTS

LIKE A GOLIATH
Kill a GOLIATH unit
Goliath can be found in the park in the center of the map.
This achievement can be quite challenging as it's essentially a boss battle.
The best strategy to defeat GOLIATH is to spam SMG grenades as it does quite a substantial amount of damage.


Master of all trades
Upgrade all your MTA branches to the maximum!
Complete the skill tree in MTA .


Hole maker
You like to make holes, even in things that can get you into trouble!

Drill a vault on the MTA server.
To buy a drill go to the store to the right as soon as you leave the subway.
You have to kill some combine to get the parts necessary to craft the drill.
Unavailable / Obsolete achievements
There's some hidden achievements that are entirely broken or impossible for me to find but heres some i found:

Just like DarkRP
Kill a total of 50 people in the RP area.
The "RP city" area used to be a deathmatch arena. But after it became just another extension of Build, this achievement can no longer be obtained.

Security Alert
(Try to) enter the rich people room.
Obtainable on a technicality but very hard to get, must be a trusted user (1000+ hours) and change the map to a very old version on #1 or #3

On the OLD VERSION OF THE MAP type !goto rich

Again obtainable on a technicality but very hard to get, must be a trusted user (1000+ hours) and change the map to a very old version on #1 or #3

On the OLD VERSION OF THE MAP type !goto fish and go between the middle fences in the image below and say "you citizen come with me"



demoachivement
Couldn't find much information about this achievement other then the fact that you have to scan a QR Code that has a chance of appearing on the demoman systems board at spawn.
The QR Code currently leads to a dead link so the achievement is unobtainable.
