As this issue happens to me once, i'm very sure it's not about blastcore.
Check the mod list, Zeus Enhanced and All-in-One commandmenu can cause this "lost in the sea" issue.
Anyway, if you didn't use these two , maybe some other mods can cause that, but not blastcore
