@Skrinskas, I do have a name for the project but it looks quite different these days as this is quite an old video.

At the time of this video it was called "Borealis" and had a playable demo on itch.io but the demo has been taken down while I'm overhauling the game. Its current working title is "Ignitia Noctis".

To say I love those games is something of an understatement. I'm in the top 1% of players in HyperDemon. It totally blew my mind and I could rant about it for hours. I need to post an update though, this GIF is almost a year old now.
