Boomer Shooter guns script

Changes all guns except the m60 to function like boomer shooter guns where they take ammo from the reserve without reloading.

No guns can be reloaded and no ammo is displayed but the ammo ammounts are stock except in some cases.

All smgs have 650 ammo
All rifles have 410 ammo
Hunting rifle has 150
military rifle has 180
Both scout and awp have 50 and deal 500 damage
Both pump shotguns have 50 ammo
both auto shotguns have 100 ammo
pistols have 999
magnum has 80
grenade launcher has 30
