Dude... that's an awesome question. I might test it out to see if that happens. They often walk through the building, but never go up the stair and into it. I'll leave someone outside, in a cage, to test it.

I think everything that's visible is either vanilla or "Forgotten Buildings" mod. Everything built inside an Ancient Factory, using a lot of Ctrl + Shift + F11.
