The Item:

You're most likely missing the Triple herbs vial. It is made with 3 Green Herbs and restores HP completely.

How to Make:

1. Start Level 40 because it has the three green herbs

2. Combine your green herbs (this will pop the combine achievement)

3. Use a rotten egg to lose some health

4. Inspect the green herb mix (this will pop the inspection achievement)

5. Use the herbs (this will pop the achievement for using all health items)

Went through all 39 levels looking for one with 3 green herbs and like an absolute dumbass, didn't realise they were on level 40 smh (which was the most recent level I completed too)
