However, if you take a loan manually, you will pay 250 winglets for a debt of 2250 (i.e., 9 days of payment), whereas a debt of 10k will require you to pay 1k per day (i.e., 10 days of payment). This means you can start without the debt mod, take a loan manually, and pay it off one day earlier than with the mod
What was stated below has been verified by me personally. As for what is said here: I checked it on a second account—the achievement was obtained.
The Rat Catcher, a slippery enemy, debt-free.
We start a new game with these modifications (there will be a button at the bottom during character selection): Gambling Debt, Snail Nemesis, and Rat Detective mods.
We wait for a murder to happen and solve it for the rat, while simultaneously looking for the snail and dying. Then, in the settings, we turn off these two mods (the rat mod must be turned off because it prevents talking, and the snail won't let you skip time while AFK).
After that, we visit the pawnbroker every day (floor -1) and pay back the debt 1k at a time (you can skip time by sitting in a chair. Ignore hunger and thirst).
Step 1: Go to the City Hall
Step 2: Buy the Door Wedge on the machine close somewhere
Step 3: Check the bathroom which should be around too. Make sure there's just one entrance for it
Step 4: Go outside, find a Trash Can, grab it
Step 5: Go back inside, throw the trash can inside the desired bathroom
Step 6: Wait for the unsuspecting mob to get inside the bathroom
Step 7: Close the door, place the Door Wedge under it
Step 8: Rejoice into a symphony of trapped verbalization
@Azyul great information, thank you so much!!
