Rochester Public Market Gates

Pack includes two Rochester Public Market gates from Rochester, NY. Rename the assets in-game will remove the signage submesh to allow you to customize to your city build.

Asset is considered a park building by the game and thus can be plopped as a park. Must be initially placed on side of road. Brick has a color map if you want to tweak the brick color to a different shade of brown/red.

You will likely need mods such as Move-It, Procedural Objects and some kind of road anarchy mod if you want to run a narrow road beneath the Arch. I have no further advice to offer on techniques.
