Well its here!... sorta!

At the moment, I'm not fully happy with the model as of yet, but I wanted to get it out for people to check it out and have fun with it. Trust me when I say I know fully well the issues with the model at the moment. The HL2 citizen model animations don't play well with a new rig most of the time so I'll be reworking the animations to work with the model in a separate custom animation file.

More tidbits will be added in the future though probably not near future.

I don't normally do requests but any bugs found besides the obvious ones would be appreciated in a comment or such.

Credit for use in projects would be appreciated.
