Since the Servers are offline you can get the Achievements in single Player Mode against Bots. You should have them in one hour or so.
Also you need to know:
You get the achievements when you close the game!

Complete the tutorial
When you first launch the game you get ask to start the tutorial.
Complete all goals and then quit it when the tutorial is finished

Play your first match
You can play any map in any mode.
I suggest to play a map which are required for the other achievements.

Win a game on the Railway map

Win a game on the Crashed Freighter map

Win a game on the Ice Station map

Destroy 10 Soltrium canisters in one match

Win a game on the Devoid Wasteland map
