Fire Attacks: Vestal Patch

This patch makes it so the Vestal uses the Fire Attacks mechanic. Some Scaling has been changed/removed to increase teambuilding balance. This is labeled as a patch since it uses .override instead of changing the .info of the vestal. Will not work with other mods that use the .override of the vestal. Might work with reworks as long as they kept the internal name of the skills the same.

This patch does the following things...

- Judgement now is a fire attack and buff fire attacks
- Judgement now has an orange boarder
- Illumination now is a fire attack and buff fire attacks
- A new Crimson Court Trinket that buffs the vestal's damage and has a chance to apply fire attack debuff, based off her DD2 trinket Smoldering firewood

- Includes Riposte Data for the vestal despite not having a way to activate riposte.

Fire Attack Core
