Psionics Tri-Expanded/Ethics & Civics Bug Branch

A compatibility patch to allow Ethics & Civics: Bug Branch to mostly work with Psionics Tri-Expanded.

Goes below both mods in load order.

I am currently working on a rather major update for the main mod and cannot work on a proper version of this mod at the moment. This is mostly the normal Classic patch but with the ethics and authority renamed to their new names provided in the Bug Branch. It also adds some checks for the two new ethics exclusive to the Bug Branch to prevent certain events from firing. But there are currently no Civics for the Elitist or Pluralist ethics. Also there are no unique civics for the megacorp authorities but they do at least fall back on the standard psionic megacorp civic.


This adds in new psionic civics for the for the new ethics and authority added in by ECBB and re-configures the system in an attempt to keep multiple fanatic ethics from being wonky.

If you have two fanatic ethics then when you go through the usual process as outlined on the Psionics Tri Main page then a random psionic civic between the pool of both will be chosen to start.

I plan to add an edict to switch between the two at will, well with a cost and cool down.
